Technical Sales Executive / Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Growing up on a family dairy farm in northern Wisconsin, I learned the value of a hard day’s work at a young age. During my high school years, I found that I enjoyed anything that involved working with my hands: mechanics, woodworking, welding and machining. After high school I started my career working in construction while attending Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) in the evenings. Two years later I graduated from CVTC with an AAS degree in CNC Machining/Tool and Die Making.
I have been working hands-on in manufacturing since the 1990’s. Starting out as a CNC machinist and welder, then moving into mold making and manufacturing engineering. Most recently I worked in education, which involved setting up and teaching customized manufacturing workforce training programs.
In 2015, I begin working for DDI in international sourcing. My career experiences in manufacturing, allows me to help my customers get the components they need, as efficiently as possible. I personally manage every detail of the manufacturing and logistics process, from concept through part delivery. This includes working with engineering, purchasing, production and logistics teams to assure that deliverables are understood and achieved. When it comes to Chinese manufacturing, my customers can count on DDI Corporation to be Dedicated, Dependable and Innovative, and they can count on me to manage their projects from start to finish.
